Alibaba launches ‘Data-as-a-Service’ firm Lingyang

Alibaba has spun out a “Data-as-a-Service” (DaaS) business called Lingyang Intelligent Service Company.

Lingyang will offer solutions to enterprises that were initially developed for Alibaba.
